A MAJOR FACELIFT FOR A 90s KITCHEN IN THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS

This customer purchased a 1990s home in the Woodlands, Texas and has been remodeling over the past year. The home owner grappled with whether to open a wall in the kitchen or leave it as is and do a facelift. After consulting with us she decided to leave as is and use the budget on high-end finishes. This project is not yet finished (lighting, appliances and shelves still need to be installed) but we want to show you the steps along the way!

Cody Bowman, Semper Fi Construction, shopping for granite.

We were involved in every aspect of this project, including going with the home owner to the granite yard to pick out this amazing “mermaid” quartz.

This turned out to be an interesting demo…that darn flooring from the 90s really wanted to stay.

Choices, choices, choices.
