We are your full-service husband and wife general contracting team with over 10-years of construction experience. We pride ourselves on our organization, preparedness and resourcefulness. In addition to handling the daily onsite operations of a project, we work side by side with clients, consultants and subcontractors to create synergy within the team as they work towards one common goal: to finish on time and on budget. Starting with the end in mind, we work tirelessly to hit project milestones. Our all-inclusive communication style allows for total transparency within the project team and our hands-on, practical approach coupled with our construction experience, plays an important role in the success of any construction project we are a part of.

About Cody
Cody Bowman is originally from Willis, TX and enlisted in the Marine Corps in 2006. While assigned to the 1st Battalion, 1st Marines, Corporal Bowman served as a Mortarman, a Machine Gunner in Iraq and in the 13th MEU (Marine Expeditionary Unit) on his second deployment. When he came back home in 2010 he began working in construction and in 2015, he took the leap to start his own General Contracting company. Cody has an extensive background working on both residential and commercial projects and is responsible for running the day-to-day operations on job sites for Semper Fi Construction LLC. He is also a very skilled carpenter and enjoys create custom pieces to suit client’s needs.
When Cody is not working, you can find him fishing Lake Conroe, shooting archery and playing airsoft with his son and Marine buddies.
About Raquel
Raquel Bowman is originally from The Woodlands, TX. After graduating from the Phillips Academy at Andover, she attended The Hartt School of Music at The University of Hartford where she obtained her Bachelors in Music Management with an emphasis in Voice and a minor in Photography. She then moved to San Francisco and obtained her Masters in Opera from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. After singing professionally for several years she decided to move back home to be closer to family and began working as a wedding photographer. Over the years she began to hone in on a career in Marketing working with a James Beard-nominated restaurant in Houston as their Manager of Marketing and Catering, with a non-profit dedicated to ending sexual and domestic violence as their Marketing Coordinator and with The Woodlands Hotels as their Manager of Marketing.
Raquel is responsible for all things digital for Semper Fi Construction LLC.
When she is not working you can find her tending to her Gardyn, baking sourdough, looking at HAR and Pinterest and spending time with friends and family.
Together, Cody and Raquel enjoy traveling, trying new foods, hiking and spending time with their two children, ages 12 and 3.
